Not one of my favourites (I much prefer the Martini-liveried RSRs that ran in the Targa Florio) but it did lend its engine (turbocharged 2,1 litre so that it would compete in the 3 litre class) to the first versions of the 936. If only for that it is a very special car indeed.
I wonder if it is the real deal or a very good replica? I remember seeing one in the old Porsche Museum that looked quite battered (and the visitors were not very respectful to it either - climbing inside for pictures and so on). Maybe Porsche finally decided to give it the TLC it deserved.
